We manufacture both medium speed wire cut EDM machine and low speed WEDM. The direct differences between medium speed wire and low speed wire lie in their wire used and moving speed. The former uses reusable molybdenum wire and moving fast thus the surface roughness is not so good. The latter uses nonreusable brass wire and moving slow, but achieves perfect surface roughness.
