1.Mainly used for machining deep small holes in conductive materials such as stainless steel, hardened steel, carbide, copper, and aluminum. Applications include start holes for wire EDM, spinneret holes for chemical fibers, group holes in filter plates and sieve plates, as well as cooling holes in turbine blades and cylinders, and oil and air passages in hydraulic and pneumatic valve bodies.
2. The spindle base is equipped with a powerful permanent magnetic chuck, allowing the machine to be directly attached to the workpiece for machining. It can drill directly from inclined and curved surfaces. The achievable depth-to-diameter ratio of holes exceeds 300:1.

3. The machine can also be used for electrical erosion removal of broken drills, taps, reamers, and other tools stuck in the workpiece without damaging the original hole or threads.
