  • TH6363D is a large-scale moving column horizontal machining center.
  • It adopts inverted "T"-shaped structure with three-point support.
  • The machine tool is equipped with a CNC rotary table, which can clamp various boxes, shells, molds and other complex parts at one time. It can automatically complete the rough and finish machining of multiple surfaces of parts such as boring, drilling, milling, reaming and tapping with high efficiency, high precision and high reliability. It can also realize the processing of inclined planes, curved surfaces, etc.
  • This machine tool is suitable for processing multiple types of complex parts such as large and medium-sized boxes, plates, disks, and shells. Features

  • The overall layout of the machine tool adopts an inverted "T"-shaped structure with three-point support, which is stable and reliable. The column moves forward and backward, and the workbench moves left and right. It has high rigidity, high stability and high reliability.

  • The base, slide, column, spindle box and other large parts of the machine tool foundation are made of high-rigidity cast iron structures, with reasonable reinforcement placement to ensure the castings have good resistance to distortion, high rigidity and shock-absorbing performance; they are cast using resin sand technology and passed through aging treatment provides guarantee for the stability of machine tool performance.

  • The spindle box reciprocates up and down the column to complete the feed motion in the vertical direction (Y direction). The column adopts a "gantry type" frame-in-frame structure. The spindle box is designed in a symmetrical form and is installed in the center of the column. The column does not bear the eccentric force in the horizontal plane, small torsional deformation, small thermal deformation, high precision. The spindle box is equipped with an automatic balancing system, which can dynamically balance the self-weight of the spindle box to ensure high-precision processing of the machine tool.

  • The three axes of X/Y/Z all use large-pitch, high-precision, high-rigidity ball screws and heavy-duty roller linear rails. The screw supports adopt special screw bearings and pre-tensioned structures, which have large load capacity, high precision and fast feed. The high speed of movement and rapid movement creates a coexisting balance of precision and rigidity.

  • The CNC turntable meets high-speed rotation requirements, greatly improves the radial load-bearing capacity of the turntable, and increases the dynamic and static rigidity and operational stability of the worktable.

  • The feeds in the three directions of X, Y and Z adopt high-speed and silent ball screws; The drive motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high-precision ball screw without backlash, ensuring the positioning accuracy and synchronization of the machine tool;

  • The spindle adopts high rigidity structure design, BT50 specification.

  • The machine tool uses the spindle end face cooling method for processing workpieces and cutting tools, which has large flow rate, good cooling effect, and reduces consumable costs.

  • The machine tool is equipped with Taiwan 24 disc-type manipulator tool magazines, which ensures reliable, fast and stable tool changing. The maximum tool diameter can reach Ф120/Ф220, the maximum tool weight is 18kg, and the maximum tool length can reach 350mm. The tool taper shank BT50 can be shared with other machine tools.

  • The machine tool is equipped with an automatic chip conveyor system and chip collecting car, which greatly reduces the operator's labor intensity and improves work efficiency.

  • The main shaft bearing of the machine tool and the rolling support bearings at both ends of the ball screw are lubricated with grease.

  • Heavy-duty roller linear rails and ball screws use advanced thin oil automatic centralized lubrication, regular and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, and work stably and reliably.

  • The guide rails and screws in the three directions of X, Y, and Z are all sealed and protected to ensure the cleanliness of the screws and guide rails and the transmission and movement accuracy of the machine tool.

  • The machine tool guide rail protection adopts a special stainless steel guide rail protective cover, which effectively ensures the cleanliness of the guide rails and screw screws and maintains the service life of the guide rails and screw screws.

  • The machine tool is designed and manufactured with full protection to ensure that iron filings and processing fluid do not splash around; the main surface covering parts of the protection adopt powder coating spraying process, and the appearance is beautiful and neat.

  • The machine tool is equipped with the CNC control system FANUC 0i MF1, which has complete and reliable interlocking, safety protection and fault diagnosis and alarm functions. It is equipped with a RS232 standard communication interface, which can realize DNC processing. It has complete functions, easy operation, stable and reliable accuracy.
