• Gantry beam adopts our original "hunchback" design, which can effectively prevent gantry beam deformation and droop.

• The gantry workbench adopts the "beehive" design, which improves the thickness of the workbench, increases the rigidity of the workbench, and makes the load greater and more stable.

• Gantry slide seat is 45 degree ladder inclined rail design, bearing and guiding linear guide asymmetrical arrangement makes the division of labor is different to minimize the influence of Z axis weight on gantry beam, and improve the accuracy of the whole Y axis.

• The ball screw of the gantry is of external circulation intubation type, and the nut is of double nut structure lengthening design, which can effectively prevent the drooping problem caused by excessive length of the screw. Both ends of the roller screw are preconfigured with locking nut structure, which effectively prevents the loosening of the locking nut.

• Gantry X axis adopts the support type pulley block protection, effectively support the weight of the protection, so that the protection in the movement always keep parallel with the guide rail, not easy to produce deformation, waterproof reliability has been improved, life has been improved.

• The gantry adopts an original active lubrication system, in which the oil pump output is directly controlled by the CNC system, truly achieving oil filling on demand. It can also sense problems in the machine tool oil circuit and provide customers with timely warnings to prevent machine tool damage.
