Equipment Features
The machine tool is an eleven-axis five-linkage CNC gear grinding machine. This series of gear grinding machines is a fully CNC high-precision and high-performance gear grinding machine developed in cooperation with the British PTG (HOLROYD) company in strict accordance with the development process of European high-end precision machine tools.
The machine tool adopts European original imported high precision screws with pre-loaded screws for each linear axis. Among them, the Y-axis and Z-axis screws use ceramic ball screws to improve transmission rigidity and greatly improve the use of the screws life.
The grinding wheel spindle adopts a high-power integrated electric spindle imported from Germany. The spindle bearings adopt paired ceramic ball bearings imported from Europe. Each linear axis adopts high-rigidity rolling linear guides imported from Europe, and uses Heidenhain grating ruler for detection to achieve full precision. Closed-loop control greatly improves drive rigidity and dynamic response speed, effectively ensuring grinding quality and stability.
The machine adopts Siemens 840Dsl system, through the system’s multi-channel control platform, flexible control of eleven numerical control axes, to realize automatic workpiece clamping, automatic grinding wheel dressing, high-speed tooth pairing, automatic grinding demonstration, automatic dressing demonstration, automatic margin allocation and automatic grinding of the entire machining process of fully automatic control.
The machine tool software has complete functions and is in a leading position in the country. It can realize various complex modification functions such as arbitrary modification of tooth direction, tooth surface distortion compensation, point dressing (arbitrary tooth shape dressing), tooth surface texture grinding, double pressure angle asymmetric gear grinding, and small taper gear grinding.
